How to increase the speed of my modem?

MY MODEM speed is very low!

I want to increase the speed?

How to increase the speed of my modem?

Wow! How many questions, you alone!

Take it easy because it is an easy case

Well, it is funny but that is what my friend have been fortunate to ask me under 10s, but the only question I was able to give as fast as I could was, take it easy because it is easy case. And when I replied him that way he felt more nervous, but it was shocking when I told and showed him it easy as I said

So if you have been pulling all the blames to your ISP or SERVICE PROVIDER for poor network and low speed in browsing with your modem, especially AIRTEL NG, even when you bought a modem that is written 3.75G, it may be that you don’t know how to do wright thing at the right time.

And if the whole truth is that you have a part to play for the SIM and modem to work perfectly, then pause your blames for now, and do this simple think, to enable you get back on the track of high speed browsing.

We have started here we go.

#1 make sure your SIM is updated to the latest version, let me explain some SIM have the following capacities 34kb, 64kb, 128kb etc. what this mean is that if your SIM operating lower than 128kb, the chance are you will not be able to store more contacts in your SIM and will not have access to new features of the network, such as high storage capacity, high browsing speed, etc, so if your SIM is operating lower than 128kb, find a way and do welcome back to the networks newest SIM. Or just up them and any of staffs, you want to upgrade your old SIM to the newest.

#2 with that you are sure to enjoy the service to its fullest, now move on to your LAPTOP or PC and get your modem connected to your machine where you will be browsing from.

#3 lunch the modem and click on the (#3i) TOOL button,

and locate the (#3ii) OPTIONS tab from the drop down menu,

and click on (#3iii) GENERAL on the tree from the pop-up window

locate where you have the (#3iv) CONNECTION TYPE and (#3v) check NDIS box,

it is set to RAS by default. Next on the tree click on (#3vi) NETWORK

on the NETWORK TYPE select

and choose (#3vii) WCDMA preferred,

next on the (#3viii) BAND tab select

and choose …../……/WCDMA900/ WCDMA2100.

Click on Apply

Click on Okay to Complete and confirm your new settings and close the window

we have come the end of our lesson.

With that our modem can go as far as we want it go do exactly.

Don't keep the information to yourself share it with your friends
